Ciampa Family Picnic Flyer...

Hi Everyone!

Thought I'd post the Ciampa Family Flyer on the Blog. I've e-mailed most of them out. I am still tracking down e-mail addresses.

Hope to see everyone at Hopkington on Aug. 2, 2004!

Love to all

Family Update

Hello Everyone,

First of all, thank you Jack for giving me instructions - getting old!!

The house in NC is still on schedule. They should be starting the sheetrock next week. Chris, Scott and Dominic are there this week doing some landscaping. Chris calls every night crying because he is either really sore or the boys are making him laugh too hard. I guess the trip is going well - Chris is really enjoying the time with the boys. Our house is on the market and we have had some offers but they are so ridiculous. Buyers market - we might have to take a big hit.

Chris is very excited about retiring. He has really been stressed out for awhile now and I think this is a very good move for him.

Scott has completed his first year at Johnson & Wales. He is still working at Foley's and has had his first cooking accident. About 3 weeks ago he was cutting bacon at work and sliced off his left index finger at about a 65 degree angle. Did not cut the bone. They are not sure if he will get feeling back in it but thank god it was only the tip. After he left work that night to go up to the hospital they had to clean up his entire area and when they did they found the part of the finger he cut off. Just had to share that part!!

Dominic and Lisa are doing fine. They are both working full time and trying to make ends meet. They make such a nice couple.

Darice is fine - I guess. She is home packing up the house and feeling sorry for herself at times. But hopefully that will pass.

Love to all and Jack, best of luck on your new adventure.

Photos from Road Trip 2 to Traverse City, MI.

Wuerfel Park in Traverse City, Michigan, view from the press box.

From in front of the stadium, on my way to catching the team bus.

This is probably the most luxurious stadium I've ever called a game at.

Getting ready for batting practice.

Hope you enjoy these pics from Traverse City. Next road trip is to Illinois (Sauget and Rockford).

Love

Jack
