Photos from Road Trip 2 to Traverse City, MI.

Wuerfel Park in Traverse City, Michigan, view from the press box.

From in front of the stadium, on my way to catching the team bus.

This is probably the most luxurious stadium I've ever called a game at.

Getting ready for batting practice.

Hope you enjoy these pics from Traverse City. Next road trip is to Illinois (Sauget and Rockford).

From
A Jack
To
A King!
Hello everyone,

I hope you are all well.

As most of you know, I have been looking for work (baseball) since my former employers, the North Shore Spirit ceased operations after the 2007 season. After several long, stressful months of job hunting, the search finally came to an end today. I accepted an offer to become the next play-by-play voice of the Kalamazoo (MI) Kings of the Frontier League.

I depart for Michigan on May 7th to meet my new team. It is an exciting challenge that I am looking forward to. I will be in Michigan for the summer months and then will return to Boston at the middle/end of September to get ready for hockey season.

Thanks to all who prayed for me and offered their friendship and support during this process. I'm glad it's over!

The Kings will be on ESPN 1660 AM in Kalamazoo and all games will be streamed over the Internet at
www.kalamazookings.com.

Again, thanks to all and GO KINGS!!!!
Love,
Jack
